So
Say your partner is bob and bob gets evicted at recieves 16th you will be safe for the next week
Then it’s is chad and billy are up for eviction and billy stays
You are now Billy’s partner and billy is not safe because someone needed a partner !
You will only be safe for a week if you are the only one with no partner !

The twist will end when I say it does :)
