[Questionable Leadership]
- The Questionable Leadership (QL) twist is to give an ever-shifting individual additional power in the Pre-Merge portion, adding another layer of social dynamics and strategy to the game. Before each Tribal Immunity Challenge we will hold a "duel" which is completely OPTIONAL for players in the season, to participate in a short competition to acquire the title of leader. Once a player is declared the leader the tribe divisions are completely in their hands. They can shape the game, moving a player(s) from one tribe to another at will before the upcoming Tribal Immunity Challenge, although they cannot change the defualt amount of players on a certain tribe by adding or subtracting the amount of players.

- Duels will be held between Tribal Council vote readings and Tribal Immunity Challenges, where anyone in the game has the option to duel the current leader and other opponents. If you unsuccessfully duel the leader you cannot participate in the directly upcoming duel held before the following challenge."

- The elected "Leader" has no form of immunity. If their tribe attends Tribal Council they could easily be voted off like a normal castaway. If this is the case, at the following duel someone can choose to become the new leader - If multiple people choose to step up commence a duel. If no one does, then the tribes will stay the same.

The twist is a lot to take in at first, so I'll give everyone time to read through. It's not nearly as complicated as it seems at first glance. If you have any questions not answered above feel free to ask away!

There will only be one overall leader at a time period! And they will be announced publicly. Our first leader will start to be decided TONIGHT. But, we'll get into that in a moment.

So about tribes?

Now, usually I'd have announced the tribes by now. But, with the Questionable Leadership things in play, The Leader will be the sole player deciding who goes where, and tribes will be revealed tomorrow night before the first challenge.

Now, lets get into how the leader will be decided for the first round...

Tonight, will essentially begin the first Questionable Leadership duel. With the castaway winning the duel having sole power to manage the tribes to their fitting, only rules being returning players must be separated one per tribe for the initial round.

For the first Questionable Leadership duel round, it'll be up to the newbies to put their trust in one of the returning players hands. With the first leader being elected out of the three returning players! This is the only round, where it's exclusively returnees, to further the election aspect. After this, you'll be able to have the option and challenge a leader.

= NEWBIES =
- You will have until 7:00PM EST tomorrow to send a private mail to me who you want to MOST likely be the leader, and the LEAST likely out of the returning players. The player with the most, most likely votes will become the new leader. Least likely is exclusively to break the tie.

Now returnees....

= RETURNEES =
- You will send me your preferred list of tribe divisions, dividing the cast and yourself throughout the tribes. If you're elected into being leadership your vision will come true. This must be submitted before 7:00PM EST tomorrow.

Now, the options are endless, to establish connections with both your fellow newbies and returnee leader candidates to sway the tribes to your liking before tomorrow night.
