The Judge is not going to allow me to reopen those cases. There's not enough proof... Which is stupid, the arson crime should've been enough evidence to allow me to reopen Marcus Simmons' case.
This entire town has been whipped into submission by Amy. Even when she's in jail.

Klaire: I need to let this case of her vs. Moe Gomez go. If she proves innocent, it's going to make me look even worse if I try to come after her again.
