The small town of Ganon has been peaceful for the past three years. Gang violence has stopped, the murder rate has dropped, and most importantly the town has nearly fallen off the radar.

All of this thanks to a truce signed three years ago between the Mayor Amy Black and her "Administration", Dean Parker Senior and his Vice President and son Dean Parker who is now the President of the Wings, and the Head Brother Marcus Simmons and Head Sister at the time Raven Carter. The truce laid out boundaries for the Wings and The Family. It also specifically stated that no one from the Wings, The Family, or the Administration was to kill any members of the three clubs. The truce expires June 3rd 2016 at 4:00 Pm and it would then be up to the current leaders to resign the truce.

The town is full of rumors about the truce being signed or coming to an end and the violence starting again. All of this while the Head Brother of the Family was brutally and mysteriously murdered one month ago. The case was ruled "unsolvable" and no one was ever tried or prosecuted for the murder. Tensions are high in the small Nevada town.
