Once I heard this song I was like yess! In this song Doja is basically admitting to herself mainly that she's interested in a guy, but no one's making the first move. However, if he's frontin (faking) she's gotta act unbothered by it and completely detach any feelings she has for him!

In this photo I present myself in a strong sitting down pose acting unbothered and strong to show him that I don't need him, but I'm still hung up on him slightly so I steal a few glances his way in a totally not obsessive way ;)

In the music video for Cardigan, Taylor is teleported to a magical, mystical land full of nature and beauty. The song's aesthetic in itself if also mystical and soft, so that's what I'm giving you in my picture! It's like I have been teleported to this beautiful world as well!

What is most present in this video is a beautiful combination of pastel colors. There are multiple scenes where these colors collide to create an overall beautiful aesthetic. This is seen in the video where they are dancing in front of the graffiti wall, and again at the end when the colors are literally exploding into smoke. Two colors that are prominent are a light pink and blue.

In this photo shoot, I'm showing that clashing of colors with my outfit and background. My eye shadow and lipstick are also giving off the soft colors that are present within the video!

Driver's License is all about the emotion and the hurt in the song, and with this photoshoot I wanted to bring together emotion into one beautiful shot. Emotions show really in the face, and everything else I feel adds to it with the background, and the heartbroken facial expression, I think it would fit perfectly in the music video.

SUZY | LIFE GOES ON by BTS

'LIFE GOES ON' by BTS is a song about offering comfort to the world in a time of distress and worry. It focuses on the message of: “even in the face of this new normality, our life goes on and imparts a message of healing to fans and to the world.”

The inspiration behind my photo can be found both within the lyrics and also the music video. For the music video, I took inspiration from the driving filmography which is shown frequently in the scenes of member V (also known as Kim Taehyung, miss you btw!! <3).
In terms of the lyrics, I took inspiration a lot from the chorus part:

"Like an echo in the forest
The day will come back around
As if nothing happened
Yeah, life goes on"

The lyrics illustrate the idea of looking forward to our future and being optimistic, which I feel is portrayed in my photo well. Instead of looking behind me, signaling that I'd rather reminisce on my past, I am looking forward which signals the idea that I am focused on my future and life does go on, so we shouldn't always hang onto our pasts and let them haunt us.

With this music video the vibe you get is already dark colors in a dark tint. The vibe of the video gives a lot of one shots before coming together to show the big trio. With this assignment I thought it’s quite simple that I shouldnt go outside the box like ive done in previous challenges as those werent respected. So i present a photo that i personally believe gives off the same vibe and style that the music video does. If you look closely plaid was a common fabric used throughout the wardrobe in the video.

This music video has a spring-ish themed aesthetic with the daisies, but also the urban-ish style, so that makes this combo unique and one of a kind enough to be portrayed in my picture! I also feel like the song represents me the most, and for that I can just own the attitude that this song needs!
