So technically you can be saved more then once? Say if Efren lands last 3 weeks from now he can be saved again

Yes, as we've said earlier in the competition each judge decides if they want to save a person or not. Judges got 1 save each. A model can be saved by a different judge for a different week. And, a judge have the privilege to not save anyone, if it's their choice.
