How often can I say "ADD TIME TO USERNAME//NAME"
can I spam it as many times as I want?

in that case? no one is gonna be no where near 5 min

In order for me to add more time to others, do I have to say "START TIMER" before that happens?

Idk if Brad answered this @jake but you can add time to anyone no matter what your timer is at!
