Tonight's challenge is entitled "Knocking Off".

Today will be a battle of speed and strength. You will be matched up against another player on a platform, and you will both have bags to push the other off. You must post *HITS* three times (not in a row) before your opponent to push them into the water. If you fall in the water, you are eliminated from the challenge.

The match up of players on the platform will be determined by a round before the platform.  In this round, you must run and get your bag, by posting *grabs bag*. Only the last two people to post this will be heading to the platform in a battle to stay in the challenge. If you are not one of the last two to post *grabs bag*, you are safe for the round.  No, you can not circumvent this by not posting.  This isn’t Total Drama Island which eliminated Lindsay via bullshit.

The first round will have no round on the platform, however, anyone who doesn’t post *grabs bag* in 1 minute is eliminated, so it will serve sort of like a check in.

Last person still in the challenge in each conference wins immunity.
