The first thing to get out of the way is that Adria would have gone home meaning the twin twist would have been over with.
In this scenario i am going to say Marvin, Jase, Scott and Michael are the votes to keep Holly, and Drew pretends to be on board.
Diane would be blindsided and will fight hard and win the HOH again. I think Scott still goes the next week because Diane is highly intelligent.
Nakomis likely wins the next HOH still and ultimately still brings in Drew, Marvin in order to pull a six finger plan off. Drew will have a much tougher decision but still will decide to use the veto and allow Jase to go home
I think Drew then wins the next competition with Adria gone. His target is Holly and she goes this week.
I think i will stop there are Drew still wins BB5. He is easily the best player.
Lets take a minute to appreciate the fact that they didnt get the votes, because without it we dont get the twin reveal, and possibly dont get the 6 finger plan first ever backdoor.
