When I was a noob I had someone kind enough to gift me a couple of designs, but it took a couple of months of playing games and saving up :/ save up your Ts and keep doing well in games and it will become easier as time goes on!
My advice is not to buy any designs. Once your colour level rises, you can bet more and more money on Rookies and make a packet from that. The best thing you can do now is win Castings and stash the Ts. People will buy you gifts soon 馃槉
