obey_me no, banning guns will not make them disappear
all it would do is take them away from people on record of buying them, who are mostly law-abiding citizens
and again, in this case it couldn't be stopped, seeing as the guy who shot up Vegas had a gun that's been illegal since the 80s
creating a black market for guns is probably more dangerous than having a proper regulation of them? do we need stricter gun laws?????? absoultely
will they happen under this presidency? absolutely not
so the issue SHOULDN'T be about proper gun laws anyway because the intent was still there
this man, who had received 0 citations throughout his life except 1 through his traffic record and had no psychological issues, would have STILL passed an evaluation to receive a gun
and even if guns are banned, bombs are still built everyday to help PLAN attacks on people
with the intent, there's a way
i mean fuck attacks have been recorded on people with axe's and knives even so banning guns would just be uh.........................................pointless and scary?
you missed the point entirely if that鈥檚 all you got from what i said jamesM
the point was, if there鈥檚 an intent there鈥檚 a way
but if you wanna troll i can too
i can kill mass amounts of people with my car so let鈥檚 regulate/ban cars
i also can kill mass amounts of people with a brick so don鈥檛 even get me started on the need of regulation of bricks!
ugh also i could kill people with baseball bats which i can walk my gay white twink ass into a sports shop and buy endless amounts with no question asked...can鈥檛 WAIT for the regulation on those too since that鈥檚 what america finally needs
In other countries where this has been implented, it鈥檚 not like it鈥檚 just criminals running around with guns now and all of the civilians cowering now. No, and the black market for guns in those countries is almost non-existent.
And even if the idea of outlawing guns or certain types of guns is outrageous or extreme, the idea that America definitely needs more gun-control is definitely necessary.
This is the single issue that America appears to divide itself from the rest of the world on and it makes no sense.
Firearm Death-Rate per 100,000 population pear year:
The only other countries in the world with a higher death rate than us are Brazil, Columbia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Panama, Swaziland, Uruguay and Venezuela.
That being said, the United States is the leading developed nation in guns, as many other countries seem to have it figured out.
Hilariously, what I find most ironic is Canada. We鈥檙e touching borders and practically the same damn country and our issue is nearly 6x as frequent as there鈥檚.
Also, the United States has a very significant lead in number of suicides by firearm over any country in the world. Fun fact.
