so i put in contacts for the first time in like 2 years, they aren't like burning but i can feel slight irritation every time i blink. It doesn't like hurt, but i can feel them in there which i dont think should be happening. Are they in wrong or do i just need time for them to adjust to my eyes?
Also, good methods to tell which side to put them in on bc i forget completely

are they new contacts? if they feel sunction cuppy/you can feel something on your eye typically means you need a new set
Also I feel that when I put them in wrong my doc told me if I ever forget it's a perfect bowl when it's on the right side, if it's a lopsided bowl then flip them.
