"Firework" Lyrics Question

Dec 18, 2010 by krisbliss
imageI was wondering if anyone knew the proper lyrics to this section of Katy Perry's song "Firework."   When I look at a lot of lyrics sites online, it says the following:

"Maybe you're reason why all the doors are closed
So you can open one that leads you to the perfect road"

However, the "you're" doesn't make sense to me in the song.  I don't think the lyrics would be "Maybe you are reason why all the doors are closed..."   Possibly, but that doesn't really make sense to me with the rest of the song.

Do you all think that's right or is it supposed to be "your" or "a" at that point in the song?  Thanks for any input!  This is really bothering me lol :P.

Idk, "Maybe the reason why all the doors are closed" would make MUCH more sense.

"Maybe your reason why, all the doors are closed (is)
So you could..."
I don't know though
