STARS 605 FINAL BLOG/VLOG

Going into this game, I had no idea what to expect. I barely knew anybody in the cast. Two of the three people I did know were not my biggest fans so I knew this was going to be a challenge. Early on, I was thrown into a group chat with tcold, Emma, Adam, Stuart and nexus which immediately put targets on all of our backs because it was leaked.

I was a counter for 15th and I was able to convince everyone that Jake was a bigger target to their game because I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and they could use me. I was able to stay off the block. I would say my gameplay really began after Adam and Emma went up, my two closest allies in the game.

I knew people wanted Rascity up for 12th, so I spread the set of him and Will to get him to target either Tigger or Imtht. Rascity was close with them so I went to him and basically was like we’ll save you from this. This was a huge play in my game because by doing so, I revealed everyone’s side in the game. What I learned from this was that DrDevious was playing both sides incredibly well, and I knew I had to target him with someone he went out against. He ended up being in both sets that round as me and several others spread around that he was going around telling everyone he saved them.

After that, Tigger was convinced I was targeting him. So, I made the obvious push for him to start targeting Nexus and Sports. I then went to Sprts and told him he was a set and so he created the counter of imtht and tigger which was exactly what I wanted. He took the blame for the move and I was able to sneak by as Imtht x Tigger went up. Having previously had Littlemix vote with us, tigger x imtht sent him to me, Emma and Stuart and formed a group chat to flip the vote. Due to the fact that I was pushing Nexus, Emma and Stuart took the fall for this move.

From this point forward, my gameplay became much easier. The two sides came for me to votes. I knew that Tigger/Littlemix/Will/obscurity/imtht were solid, and that my best shot was to take them out and then get to the end by putting up Nexus and Sprts for either 5th or 6th knowing that he and Stuart had a f2. My biggest flaw in the game was not putting up Stuart before 5th and it got me up for 4th but hopefully my gameplay was strong enough as a newb for you to vote for me to win!
