I got him this gorgeous etched crystal decanter with 4 etched rocks glasses- all with his last name and initials. Also a beautiful basket of a high end bourbon, aromatic bitters, sugar cubes, oranges and cherries, whiskey stone ice forms, personalized tree ornaments, and really expensive cigars (I didn’t know what kind he liked but I paid attention to him when he bought them once when I was on the phone).
He got me…. Nothing. Said he didn’t have time.
Should I be upset? He promised he would get me something but I feel so unappreciated.
And I still woke up at 515 am to make him breakfast and coffee before he left for work.
