I had my first panic attack in a while and I'm perishing. I don't know how I would do it if I had them on a more regular basis. This is hell. I kinda wish I would drop dead like right now :)))))

Please let me know if/when you ever have dark thoughts like this ever again. I know from experience, I've had suicidal thoughts before; no longer have them. I can help you. ❤️
