Having no real issues with her life, she grew up to be a loving and optimistic person, allowing her to easily bring other people together. Eventually, she turned this into a way to keep people together and happy for as long as possible. Kiyoe is the protector of love, and will do anything to keep people together.

Short backstory: Margaret wasn’t always an Ultimate; she didn’t really know what to do with her life at one point. Coming from an upper-middle class family, her parents had big expectations for her, and were more disappointed than angry at how unsuccessful her future seemed to be. She found herself lost in big cities trying to find something that was right for her but nothing was working out. One day, she was waking down an alleyway in German and stumbled upon a graffiti artist’s studio. The man made famous artwork in the town but was kept under a pseudonym because he didn’t want anyone to know his identity. She began to take lessons from him and realized street art was a good way to Express all the negative feelings she’d built up. She adopted the pseudonym “Charette” because her works were rare but had astounding results. Everyone who knew her before thought she disappeared but one day, when she is more confident with herself and successful, she will make herself known.
