Crayadian they do already have a majority yes. But notice nobody rehashed the case of same sex marriage until after RBG passed away. As soon as she died the topic was back on the table, while republicans try to confirm Amy Barrett, who would be a confirmed third judge to side against same sex marriage.

Barrett has been receiving funding from anti-LGBT organizations that think being gay should be criminal.
