supposed to be 3-5 pages and it's 7 pages, and you realize she is strict AF on this and will doc you points for going over the 5 page limit, and also after reading the grading rubric realizing you structured basically the whole paper wrong

sounds like you're experiencing significant distress
The page limit thing happens to me all the time but most teachers are cool about it and let you go over a little. My gov & politics of western europe teacher doesn't allow it though, so I had to cut out a lot of good, relevant material from an 8-page paper to satisfy a dumb 6-page maximum requirement.
