Survivor: Greece ~214~ FINALE

Jun 24, 2012 by _JB_
image30 days ago, 18 Tengagers walked on a beach in the Greek Isles for the adventure of a lifetime. On day 3, the eighteen had a challenge in which tested their survival skills. Austin & Gabby left, but they were sent to Exile Island, and they would be given a chance to return to the game. Meanwhile, the other sixteen were divided into 4 tribes, Lefkada, Naxos, Samos & Santorini. Naxos & Samos lost, and they were absorbed by the two tribes, Lefkada, in orange, and Santorini, in blue. They battled for the first 13 days, as castaways fell by the wayside. Vesta, Jake, Tiegan, Andy, Evander, the tribe has spoken. When both tribes got together after tribal council on Night 13, they thought a merge would happen. This is when Buster's real game begins. He is pressured into dividing the other twelve into two new tribes. The main alliance, the Lefkada 4 is broken in half, as Nichole & Porsche don't even get to see the merge. On Day 20, the two tribes merge, and Gabby returns to the game from Exile Island. This is when Gabby's real game begins. Gabby is thrown into the game halfway through with friendships and alliances already made. However, she is quickly absorbed into the anti-Lefkada alliance, and the other half of the Lefkada 4 are voted out. Mike, Eli, the tribe has spoken. Then there were eight. This is when Tayvi's real game begins. She does not want a back seat role anymore, and quickly brings Gabby to her side, tempting her with a final 2 deal. Danica is blindsided on Night 24. Danica, the tribe has spoken. This is when Chrisanlia's real game begins. She is sent to Exile Island the following day and finds the hidden immunity idol. At the next tribal council, she plays it, and ousts Sheeba. Sheeba, the tribe has spoken. On Day 27, Gabby & Chrisanlia, former friends, get in a heated argument, and Taylor & Buster form a final 2 deal. Fearing Gabby, Taylor & Buster, quickly want her out, but Tayvi changes their minds, and Tom is voted out. Tom, the tribe has spoken. Previously, Taylor made a surprise decision by taking Buster on their second straight reward, angering Chrisanlia & Gabby. Their agreement to disagree reunites them and worries Tayvi, but the girls alliance remains strong, and Taylor is sent to the jury. Now only four remain, Gabby, the girl from Exile has made a tremendous comeback. Can she win over the jury she has crossed? Chrisanlia, the classy ghetto with an attitude has been real all game, can she get to the final two with her popularity at an all-time high? Tayvi, the silent, sexy siren has made bold moves and has also managed to stay away from danger. Can she fly above the radar and take it all? Buster, the lone wolf who is an immunity threat. Can he win both immunities and the final tribal? Five days, four contestants, three tribal councils, two finalists, one winner. This is the finale of Survivor: Greece!

*INTRO PLAYS*

-Day 31, Olympus-

Buster (confessional): I am very surprised that I am here right now. It is so surreal, but I don't know how I am going to get to the final two without winning the remaining immunity challenges. Hopefully, I will keep the strength and win both challenges.

Chrisanlia (confessional): Hooray! Final four! I knew this day would come! I think I have a pretty decent shot of winning this. We are making Biloxi proud today!

Gabby (confessional): When I walked off this beach on the first challenge, I was walking away with so many regrets, but I managed my way back in this, and here I am 31 days later in the final four! I can't believe it!

Tayvi (confessional): I made a bold move last night. I am trusting Gabby big time. I still don't know if she will take Chrisanlia or me. Right now, I think I have the least amount of chance to win because I have gone very unnoticed in this game, and people think I have been riding coattails, but I haven't had any to hold on to. I am very underestimated in this game, and I may not have been over-the-radar like Chrisanlia or Gabby, but I have been there. I just want to win SO BAD!

-Day 32-

JB: Come on in, guys!

*Castaways enter*

JB: Are you guys ready for today's immunity challenge?

All: Yes.

JB: OK, Buster, I will take back immunity.

*JB takes immunity*

JB: Immunity is back up for grabs. This challenge is from Survivor: South Pacific. The castaways will race through various obstacles to retrieve five bags of puzzle pieces. The first castaway to retrieve all five bags and solve the puzzle would win. It is plain and simple. Winner gets a guaranteed spot in the final three! How huge is that! Does everybody understand?

All: Yes!

JB: OK, we will get started.

*Castaways prepare*

JB: For immunity, survivors ready, go!

JB: Gabby wins immunity!

Gabby: Oh my god!

Chrisanlia: Good job gurl! Werkk!

Gabby: Yes!

Tayvi: Good job!

Buster: Nice job Gabby!

JB: Gabby, come up here, immunity is yours. You are not going anywhere tonight. This survivor is in the final three. As for the rest of you, you are not in the final three yet. Only two spots remain. One of you will be voted out and will be left out of the final three. You have the afternoon to figure out who that is going to be. I will see you at tribal.

Buster (confessional): I am going to have to find some way in there, it won't be easy, that is for sure.

-Day 32, Olympus-

Buster: So, have you made up your mind on who you are going to vote for tonight?

Tayvi: Nope.

Buster: Let's at least try and force a tie. Why not?

Tayvi (confessional): If I vote with Buster tonight, that will force a tie, and then we will have a trial by fire. If I vote with Gabby & Chrisanlia, I am in the final three, but I risk being in the final two. I don't know if I can beat Buster in the end. I at least think I can beat him but I am not 100% sure. I know for a fact that I can beat Gabby. If Chrisanlia wins final immunity, she will take Gabby. If I win final immunity, I will take Gabby. If Buster wins final immunity, he will take Gabby. Gabby promised me final two, but she has made wishy-washy moves in this game that make me believe that she wouldn't take me. If I get rid of her pet Chrisanlia tonight, that leaves her no choice if she wins final immunity. She would definitely take me. As you can see, I am in a pickle.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Castaways enter*

JB: We will now welcome our jury. Austin, Mike, Eli, Danica, Sheeba, Tom, and Taylor, voted out at the previous tribal council.

*Jury enters*

JB: Gabby, you won today. How do you feel?

Gabby: I feel safe right now.

JB: Chrisanlia, are you nervous tonight?

Chrisanlia: I feel like I will be getting a vote or two towards me tonight. I am a bit nervous tonight.

JB: Buster, it has gotta suck being you tonight.

Buster: Oh it does.

JB: Are you on the chopping block tonight?

Buster: I assume that the torch you are snuffing tonight will be mine unfortunately. I have tried to burst a bubble between these ladies today, and I just can't seem to find it.

JB: Tayvi, would you agree with that statement?

Tayvi: Nope. I have not made up my mind yet. The two options for me tonight are the two most popular people amongst the jury. It is more like "Pick Your Poison" than anything at this point.

JB: OK, well that sounds interesting. Gabby has immunity. Everyone else is fair game. It is time to vote. Chrisanlia, you are up.

*Everyone votes*

JB: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I will read the votes.

JB: It is time for you to go.

*Buster exits TC*

JB: Congratulations final three. 3 days, 2 finalists, 1 winner. Keep that in mind as this game comes to an end. Grab your torches, head back to camp. Good night.

Buster (confessional): Man, I was so close! So close, yet so far away! That pisses me off! But, I can't even believe that I was a legitimate contender in this game. Mind-boggling! I surprised a lot of people out here, including myself for that matter. Anyway, good luck to the final 3, and I wish you all luck. You all deserve it!

-Day 33, Olympus-

Chrisanlia: OK ladies, what was your favorite moment in this game?

Gabby: My favorite moment was obviously when I came back. I learned that I had beaten Austin & I could still win a million dollars. That was my highest of highs! How about you Chrisanlia? What was your favorite moment?

Chrisanlia: I think my favorite moment out here were the nights when we got to gaze at the beautiful Greek starry nights. What about you, Tayvi?

Tayvi: I think my favorite part about this experience was meeting new people. These people were so nice and they were super sweet. I could not come up with a better group of people to stick out on a random island together.

-Day 34-

JB: Come on in, guys!

*Castaways enter*

JB: Are you ready for today's final immunity challenge?

All: Yes.

JB: OK, for the last time, I will take back immunity.

*JB takes immunity*

JB: Immunity is back up for grabs. A long wooden cylinder was cut into different sized segments. On the center segment a notch has been cut on which rests a metal ball. You will have to hold up the segments by squeezing them between two handles. Every five minutes, a new round would start where you will have to add two additional segments between the handles. After the cylinder was nine segments long, the final round would last as long as you will hold out. The castaway who held up their segments the longest without allowing the ball to drop from the center segment would win immunity and the opportunity to plead their case at the final tribal council. Does everybody understand?

All: Yes!

JB: OK, let's get started!

JB: Gabby wins final immunity!

Gabby: Phew!

JB: She will be pleading her case to the jury of nine.

Tayvi: Congratulations!

Chrisanlia: Good job!

JB: Gabby, tonight, you will select which person will sit next to you at the final tribal council. Tayvi, Chrisanlia, it will be one of you. One of you will also be going home tonight. Gabby, you will also be responsible for that decision as well. You have a big decision to make tonight. Head back to camp.

-Day 34, Olympus-

Tayvi: Listen, here is my plea. You promised me final two. I never broke my word to you. If you choose Chrisanlia over me you will lose badly. Chrisanlia was the most popular person in this game. You don't stand a chance against her. Against me, your chances are 50/50. At least you have a chance with me, and you promised me, so those are the reasons why you should choose me.

Gabby: OK. Thanks!

Gabby (confessional): Tayvi brought up some interesting points, and I am strongly considering picking her over Chrisanlia.

-------------------------

Chrisanlia: I hope you choose me tonight, gurl.

Gabby: Why should I choose you?

Chrisanlia: Because the two of us have been tight since the beginning. People aren't very fond of me, so it would make your life at tomorrow's council a bit easier. And, Tayvi hasn't made any enemies. I have made one or two here and there. And, I would be honored if you chose me to sit with you tomorrow.

Gabby: OK. Cool. :)

Gabby (confessional): God, I don't know what to do!

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Castaways enter*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. Austin, Mike, Eli, Danica, Sheeba, Tom, Taylor, and Buster, voted out at the last tribal council.

*Jury enters*

JB: The rain is restricting our time tonight, so let's get a move on. Gabby, you won final immunity today, and you will decide who will become a finalist with you. Go and make your decision.

*Gabby votes*

JB: Once the vote has been read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I'll read the vote.

Fifteenth person voted out of Survivor: Greece and the ninth and final member of our jury................

*Chrisanlia brings torch*

JB: Chrisanlia, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

JB: It is time for you to go.

*Chrisanlia exits TC*

JB: Well, you two are the final two. Tomorrow night you will plead your million dollar case in front of the jury, and the million dollar votes will be cast. Enjoy your final night in Greece. Grab your torches. Head back to camp. Good night.

Chrisanlia (exit interview): I am a little mad that Gabby sorta betrayed me there at the end, but it is her loss. It is her decision. Whether it comes back to haunt her, who knows? But, one thing is for sure, someone is winning a million dollars tomorrow night! :)

-Day 35, Olympus-

Tayvi: We've got treemail!

Gabby: Wow! What is it?

Tayvi: It is time to say goodbye to the home you once knew. Greece will bring scenic memories that are irreplaceable. The game also leaves its mark on your life, so on your way to final tribal, recognize the ones who left.

*RITES OF PASSAGE MUSIC*

Gabby: Austin. You were my Exile Island crime fighter and I will never forget the times we had. You are a wonderful person.

AUSTIN: I had one of the more unusual Survivor experiences that one person could have, and I wish it was a bit different, but sometimes that is how the cookie crumbles.

Tayvi: Vesta. You seemed so sweet. Survivor just didn't seem to be your thing.

VESTA: I am the big city girl that people think I am, and I am not ashamed of that. I wanted to prove some people wrong, that I am tougher then I seem. I think I proved that.

Tayvi: Jake. You were a great presence around camp. Funny guy. Sorry you went so soon. :(

JAKE: When life hands you lemons, do whatever the hell you want with them. In Survivor, life handed me lemons, and I did absolutely nothing with them. That is why I departed so early.

Gabby: Tiegan. The surfer girl with a smile. She was super nice.

TIEGAN: I can surf, but I can't make fire. I can surf, but I can be socially awkward at the completely wrong time. Surfing and survivor are two different dimensions.

Tayvi: Andy. It was you or me that night. I'm glad it was you.

ANDY: I believe a lot of this game has to do with a luck aspect. Unfortunately, luck was not on my side.

Gabby: Evander. I liked him. Very kooky, very goofy personality.

EVANDER: Survivor is 10% luck, 20% skill, 15% concentrated power of will, 5% pleasure, 15% game, and 100% of the reasons to remember the name. Because if you can;t remember the name, how do you know who to vote off?

Tayvi: Nichole reminded me a lot of myself. Young, blunt, shy, quiet, but a fun person to be around.

NICHOLE: Once Buster screwed up the tribes, I knew I was a goner. But to know that I could do well in this game, and then not achieve it makes me want to work harder. an I apply for a Second Chances Season?

Tayvi: Porsche. Very hard-headed person. Probably one of the smartest people in this game.

Gabby: She could have gone far.

PORSCHE: Survivor is a power struggle, and I had it for most of my time in the game, but once I lost the power, I lost my position, I lost the game.

Gabby: Mike. He's like a big, giant teddy bear!

Tayvi: He was a good guy.

MIKE: The reason why I was voted out does not shame me. They got me out because I was a threat. And to me, that is more of a compliment than anything.

Gabby: Eli.

Tayvi: The last of the Lefkada 4.

ELI: When I was out there, heart and determination were key. I had the heart & desire to win, so I think that is why people took me more seriuosly, I wanted it more then they did, so I played harder then they did.

Tayvi: Danica. Sorry, girl. You were Public Enemy #1, so I had to make my move then.

DANICA: This game is for fighters. If you want to win, you have to fight. I fought like I have never done before, but sometimes your everything isn't enough, and you have to accept that.

Tayvi: Sheeba. We have to keep in touch. You are super nice.

SHEEBA: Sometimes, your strategy depends on other people's strategies. And, I was tardy in developing my strategy, so I had to stay UTR for a while. Luckily, it got me to the top 7.

Gabby: Tom. The ultimate competitor. I am so glad that it was you and not me that night.

TOM: You have dreams of being a superhero or a superathlete, butwhat most people should dream of is being a superperson. That is the biggest quality in Survivor, the social aspect.

Gabby: Taylor. You should have taken this chic on that reward, dude.

Tayvi: It looks like the car curse continues...

TAYLOR: This game changes rapidly. At one moment, you are on top of the totem pole, the next minute, you are getting your torch snuffed by JB. Survivor is a roller coaster.

Gabby: Buster! I love Buster. He was such a great guy.

BUSTER: At some points in this game, big moves are necessary. Look at it this way, on Day 13, I was the next one to go. I switched up the tribes, and then I became the last man standing.

Gabby: Chrisanlia!

Tayvi: What a character!

Gabby: I'm sorry we fought, but I think that made our friendship stronger in a way, so I am just glad to have met a person like you.

CHRISANLIA: Who woulda' thought that Lil' Miss Chrisanlia Ann from small town Biloxi, Mississippi would survive 34 days on a deserted island? I certainly didn't, but I got to know myself real well over these past few weeks, and I can't wait to use the traits I found in myself in Survivor in the real world.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Gabby & Tayvi lay down torches outside of tribal council area, and entr the are for their final tribal council*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. Austin, Mike, Eli, Danica, Sheeba, Tom, Taylor, Buster & Chrisanlia.

*Jury enters*

JB: Tayvi & Gabby, first you will give your opening statements to start our tribal council. Then, the jury will ask questions addressed to one of you, or possibly the both of you. Then, we will vote. So, Gabby, please give your opening statement.

Gabby: Yes, it may be a negative on my résumé that I was only in the game for 18 days, but you don't understand how difficult it was in my situation to make it all the way to the final two. I had to lie, I had to cross, I had to make decisions that would benefit my game. Sitting here against Tayvi was a big move. She had offered me final two, and I kept my word. Last night was the toughest night out here because I voted out my best friend Chrisanlia. Chrisanlia may have been my best friend, but I never promised her any deal. I made sure that my social and strategic game were on two different plates, and that isn't easy all of the time.

JB: OK, thank you Gabby. Tayvi, you are up.

Tayvi: I think some of you are wondering, "How did Tayvi get all the way to the final two?" Well, the charge against Danica was not Sheeba's plan. It was mine. Tom & Chrisanlia, Gabby lied and said that it was Sheeba who was responsible for that. I scratched her back, she scratched mine. I was also in charge of getting rid of Tom. Buster & Taylor wanted Gabby out that night, and I reminded them of how huge a threat Tom was and that he could go on an immunity run here in the end game. The thing is people didn't know it was me, because I made sure the blood was not on my hands, it was on Gabby's hands, and that is part of the reason why I wanted her in the final two with me tonight. I know she has made some enemies. If I voted you out, or led you to your demise, I apologize, but it is a game.

JB: OK, thank you. Austin, you are first.

Austin: Congratulations ladies. I don't have any questions tonight. Gabby, I am voting for you. It is not just because we were stranded on Exile Island together. That is part of the reason, but it is not the full reason. The main reason why you are getting my vote is because you were in a horrible posititon in the game, and you turned it into being a finalist. That is incredible. I certainly wouldn't be able to do that, so props to you. Good luck ladies.

JB: Mike, you are up.

Mike: Tayvi, why were you so quiet in the beginning of this game. You were virtually unheard of, and then, when you are making your moves, you were still quiet.

Tayvi: I think that is part of who I am as a person. And, the reason why I stayed quiet is because my name was not coming up in consideration for voting. I believe I have only received 1 vote in ten tribal councils. That vote was Andy's throw-away vote. I believe I played this game flawlessly, and it is hard to explain my game to this jury, or to anyone for that matter. I was the silent but deadly gameplayer.

Mike: Thank you so much. May the best woman win.

JB: Eli, you are up.

Eli: Tayvi, I gave you the perfect opportunity to gain numbers when I tried to oust Danica. Why did you not do it then?

Tayvi: Honestly, the night you were voted out I realized I made a mistake. I realized I should have gotten Danica out when there were nine left, but if I did, I wouldn't have gotten Gabby's trust if I voted with you that night.

Eli: OK. Fair answer. Gabby, if you had to play all 35 days of this game, would you have made it to this point?

Gabby: It would have been harder-

Eli: Wait. Do you think your game situation was easier then Tayvi's?

Gabby: I think it was easier, yes.

Eli: So, does she deserve the million dollars over you?

Gabby: No.

Eli: OK, this is going to go on forever. I think I have my answer. Thank you.

JB: Thanks Eli. Danica, you are up.

Danica: Gabby, you said Chrisanlia never offered you a deal in your opening statement. What about the final four deal that we had?

Gabby: Well, at that point, when Tayvi asked me to vote with them on the night you were voted off, she offered me a final two deal. All you guys had was a final four deal, and you would have gotten rid of me at four. Am I wrong?

Danica: That was the plan at that point.

Gabby: You just answered your own question.

Danica: OK, Tayvi, take me through Day 24, the day I was voted out.

Tayvi: Well, the tribal before, Eli asked me to get my people and vote you out, and that is where the idea sort of began. Tom won immunity, so you had to go. I knew Gabby was in your final four, so in order to get her on my side, I had to offer something better than final four.

Danica: So would you credit Eli for my elimination? Was he responsible?

Tayvi: No, because I was organizing your downfall. The idea may not have been mine, but without my organization, you wouldn't have been voted out that night.

Danica: Thank you for your honesty.

JB: Sheeba, you are up.

Sheeba: Hey ladies! Congratulations! My question to both of you is, "Is lying necessary to win this game?" Gabby, you are first.

Gabby: In my game, when I came in at the halfway point, in order to get to the point where I am at, lying is necessary. What you don't understand is that I played a different game than all of you did. I had to lie to get where I am at.

Sheeba: Tayvi, same question.

Tayvi: Nope. And I think I am a prime example of that. I never once lied and I never was in need of lying. I think telling the truth is much more difficult then lying in this game of Survivor.

Sheeba: OK, thanks guys.

JB: Tom, come on up.

Tom: Tayvi, you said that Gabby had the bloody hands, but you were the main strategist. Was that part of your strategy, to use Gabby as somewhat of a shield.

Tayvi: When Gabby betrayed you, that become a level of my strategy.

Tom: Gabby, what was your biggest strategic move in this game other than voting Danica out?

Gabby: I would say my biggest strategic move other then voting out Danica would have to be taking Tayvi instead of Chrisanlia. I knew for a fact that Chrisanlia would beat me, but I knew I at least had I shot going up against Tayvi.

Tom: Where do you think your chances are now?

Gabby: I think it is still 50/50.

Tom: Really? You must not know what is going on. I am finished.

JB: Taylor, you are up.

Taylor: Tayvi, did you get rid of me because you were jealous of me & Buster going on that reward or because of something else?

Tayvi: After Gabby & Chrisanlia reconciled, I was afraid that she would take her to the finals. But, how you got voted out was an interesting story. Gabby wanted you out because she felt it wasn't right that you took Buster instead of me with my boyfriend that just proposed to me. Then, it started getting into, "Oh, let's vote him out. And Chrisanlia & Gabby agreed on an issue!" Then I realized that in order for me to win this game I had to get you out before final three. My goal was to get me & Gabby to the end. I had to take a few risks, but ultimately it paid off.

Taylor: OK, thank you.

JB: Buster, you are up.

Buster: My question is for both of you. Choose a jury member that deserves to sit in your place tonight. Explain your choice. Gabby, you can go first.

Gabby: I think Chrisanlia deserves to sit here because she played a fabulous social game, probably the best social game of anyone here.

Buster: OK, Tayvi.

Tayvi: I actually think that Taylor deserves to be here. Taylor, both of our games were quite similar, and I applaud you for playing the way I did. It is honest, it is integrity, it is fair. It is very hard to play that way, and, you deserve to be here.

Buster: Thank you both.

JB: Chrisanlia, you are last.

Chrisanlia: I think all of you are underestimating Gabby's gameplay. She knew when it was time to make the right moves. When she needed to flip, she flipped. I think of the remaining people here, she had the best chance of winning against Tayvi, because she was quiet. However, Tayvi, you have proven yourself and you have backed your gameplay well. Everything makes sense now, you have put the puzzle together. You may not get my vote, but you have a really good shot at winning this now. Gabby, I apologize for our falling out. I got too wrapped up in the game. I took your move in the game as a personal attack, and not a brilliant move. I respect both of your gameplay, and good luck to both of you.

JB: OK, after a revealing tribal council, it all comes down to this. It takes five votes to win. Jurors, write for the person you want to win this game and the title of Sole Survivor. It is time to vote, Austin, you are up.

*Everyone votes*

JB: I bet you wish that we would read the votes tonight. But, you will have to wait. You will have to wait until we reach Athens.

-ATHENS, Live Vote Reading-

JB: I have all nine votes in here. You need five votes to win. You want to see your name on the parchment. One of you is about to become a millionaire. I will read the votes.

JB: First vote..................................Tayvi. One vote Tayvi.

*cheers*
