Last night, all the houseguests played for the first Power of Veto (well 5 did). In the end, HERCULES ended up winning, and now he has the power to save one of the nominees.
-The Veto Ceremony-
Everyone gathers in the living room. HERCULES and SIMBA both take a seat in the nominee chairs, HERCULES having the Veto around her neck. He stands up and starts the Veto meeting.
HERCULES: This is the Veto ceremony. The head of household, MIRABEL, has nominated SIMBA and I for eviction. However, I have the power to save one of the nominees.
Everyone awaits to hear HERCULES’s decision, although they all seem to know what he’s going to do.

HERCULES: MIRABEL, since I just vetoed one of your nominations, you must now select a replacement nominee.
HERCULES then takes a seat with the rest of the houseguests. MIRABEL stands up and walks to where all the houseguests can see her.
MIRABEL: Since HERCULES has just vetoed one of my nominations, I must now name a replacement nominee.
Everyone nervously awaits to hear MIRABEL’s decision.

MIRABEL: This is in no way personal. This player did really well in the first HOH competition. Stitch, you are my replacement nominee.
HERCULES: This Veto meeting is adjourned.
HERCULES then places the Veto back in its box and closes it.
