Benj: Welcome to the premiere of Survivor Waiheke, where 14 strangers will be forced to survive the elements, and each other. Who will outwit, outplay, and outlast the rest to become the sole survivor?

*A boat circles around Waiheke Island with the 14 castaways on board*
Benj: Castaways, say hello to the place where you will spend the next 39 days, but we won’t just be dropping you off there. Here is your first test of the season. On each side of the boat there are 2 rafts with 7 spaces available on each. These will decide the teams. One of the rafts has supplies and food that will make starting camp life easier, and one has a clue for the hidden immunity idol which will make your game life easier, or harder. The choice is yours, you have 1 minute to get off this boat and onto the rafts. GO!
Everyone scrambles to jump off the boat, fighting for limited spaces. The majority of the castaways are headed for the supplies raft.

Kara: I’m all about playing for the team, so going for the food and supplies will make us more united, the other tribe will be divided over the clue.
Jaime: I don't really want to stand out yet, going for the clue would be a bad move...
Drew: A lot of the stronger looking people head for the supplies, so I head over with them.
Akos: I see Danielle heading for the idol raft, so I follow because I need something to look at while I'm here...

Benj: Magnus, Kara, Drew and Lauren have secured spaces on the supplies raft, but Brian, Elvira, Jaime, Olivia, Aaron and Reuben are fighting for only 3 spaces! Wakiza and Danielle are the only ones on the clue raft, with Woody and Akos following.
*On the clue raft*
Wakiza: Where's the clue!?
Danielle: *Reaches for a pot* Aha!
Wakiza: Hey I was here first!
Woody and Akos try to get on the raft, capsizing it.
Akos: Um, sorry...
Danielle: Wait, this pot is empty, and now I'm soaked!
Benj: Yeah, you didn't think the clue would be on the raft...it’s at camp and the whole tribe gets to read it.
*On the supplies raft*
Brian: Phew I made it!
Reuben: This is pointless I won’t make it *Starts swimming to the clue raft*
Jaime pulls herself up, while Aaron appears to be drowning. Elvira and Olivia are still fighting for the last spot.

Magnus: So there are two girls in front of me trying to get on, and I don't know who to help!
Olivia: I was obviously weaker than the other girl, but I gave the guy on board a wink and hope he will save me.

Magnus pulls Olivia onboard, taking the last spot, Elvira and Aaron default to the clue raft.
Benj: So your tribes have been formed! Your maps are onboard; you can head to your new home.
Huruhi Tribe

The tribe arrives at their camp, celebrating for getting extra supplies and food, the team spirit is high and everyone is getting along.
Brian: Woohoo! Good job guys.
Lauren: I have a feeling we are going to do well together. :P
*Olivia and Magnus - Beach*
Olivia: Hey thanks for helping me up before =]
Magnus: Oh no problem!
Olivia: I’m so glad I made it onto this tribe, they seem like a great group.
Magnus: Yeah, but cracks will show eventually, I got your back like on the raft.

Magnus: She is a really sweet girl, and I really hope I can go deep with her, but this game might be too harsh to handle :/
Olivia: I’m so glad to have someone looking out for me, but I can’t get too comfortable.
Kara: I know it’s early, but a solid alliance is key, Lauren looks like a strong girl to work with.

Kara: Hey, girl.
Lauren: Oh, hey Kara.
Kara: I was thinking we should look out for each other, the girls usually get picked off early, but we can change that tradition.
Lauren: I definitely agree!

Lauren: Not, Kara is taking the leadership role quite seriously, I like her but working with the quieter girls would benefit me more.
Jaime: So everyone starts leaving to talk, and me and Brian are left alone, I guess they expect us to build the shelter -.-
Drew: One big happy family we are? The façade is already up. Everyone’s found a pair except me. I need to infiltrate and get myself into a better position fast.

*Onetanga Camp - Night 1*
The tribe arrives, no one really talking to each other. A pot is by the tribe flag.
Woody: *Opens pot and reads paper*
-HIDDEN IMMUNITY IDOL CLUE-
No light can make it through.

Wakiza: What the hell? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.
Danielle: Should have gone for the other raft.
Aaron: No kidding.

Elvira: I didn’t really care about the idol clue, I was trying to join the other tribe anyway, but now that I’m here I might as well have some fun with this clue.
Reuben: Its only night one and we are so divided, I really have no idea who to trust.

Akos: Hey babe.
Danielle: Get bent.

Danielle: This guy is a perv, but I really should act nice, I may need to use him for votes later on.
Akos: She was the reason I even joined this tribe, I’m not giving up this easily!

Elvira: So guys who’s in charge of building this shelter? I can weave the flax roof but don’t expect me to do any lifting :P
Aaron: Yeah, Woody go find Reuben and Akos we need to really start.

Aaron: Elvira not helping actually build was annoying, but at least she actually volunteered to do something unlike Wakiza who’s vanished.
Wakiza: I can’t afford to waste time around camp when there’s an idol to find.

***Immunity Challenge***
Benj: For the first time, tribal immunity is up for grabs, winning tribe will go back safe, and with flint, losers, I’ll be seeing you tonight where someone will become the first person voted out of survivor: Waiheke. This is the challenge…
Benj: Survivors ready? GO!
Magnus and Aaron dive into the water, both fast swimmers. They reach the first ring at the same time. Wakiza and Jaime go for the second ring, Jaime struggling to keep up with Wakiza. Akos dives in for the third Onetanga ring and reaches it just as Jaime returns with Huruhi’s second. Lauren reaches Huruhi’s third ring as Akos returns with Onetanga’s third. Lauren gains a lot of time returning. Danielle and Drew are both going for the last ring, and both return close with Danielle slightly ahead.
Woody is tossing for Onetanga with Elvira and Reuben in the water to catch the misses.
Kara is tossing for Huruhi with Olivia and Brian in the water to catch the misses.
Kara scores her first shot while Woody misses, Elvira struggles to retrieve the ring as Kara throws he next ring but misses. Brian returns in quickly and Kara scores Huruhi’s second point. Elvira gets the ring back and Woody scores Onetanga’s first point. Kara and Woody both score another ring.
Benj: Onetanga needs two more while Huruhi is on their last!
Kara shoots and misses far, Olivia swimming after it. Woody scores his next ring. Olivia is still not back and Woody goes for his next shot and misses! Reuben returns the ring as Olivia does. Kara and Woody both shoot…

Wakiza: Ok guys, it’s no secret who we need out, Danielle. Thoughts?
Aaron: Well if it will end the friction in the tribe I’m down.
Reuben: But Elvira was weaker in the challenge?
Wakiza: True, but she’s not threatening at all.
Woody: It’s gonna be a toss up.
*Danielle and Akos – Well*
Akos: Hey what’s up babe?
Danielle: First of all, don’t babe me. Second we are voting Wakiza tonight.
Akos: Anything for you ;)
*Wakiza and Elvira*
Elvira: Hey, I’m kind worried because of my challenge perfomance and you’re the only one I really trust out here…
Wakiza: Don’t worry girl I got your back. Just vote Danielle and you will be sweet.

Wakiza: I definitely need to get those boys voting Dani, I’d rather have Elvira here than any of them anyways.
Elvira: I’m glad someone is looking out for me.
Danielle: I’m not sure if this will work, but even if Wakiza doesn’t go I surely can’t be on the chopping block?

Wakiza: Ok you cannot vote Elvira, she is helping us with the vote.
Aaron: Yeah, she was helping us with the shelter too.
*Wakiza leaves*
Woody: I don’t really think we need to lose Danielle right now
Aaron: I actually agree, just need to make sure she doesn’t have the idol.
Reuben: Wait so we are changing the plan now? We can’t vote Wakiza. It has to be Danielle or Elvira.
Woody: Or Akos as he is just following Danielle around everywhere.
Reuben: But at least he is good at challenges unlike Elvira.
Aaron: But him and Dani do nothing at camp?
Woody: This is a tough choice.

Danielle: I saw you talking to Wakiza earlier, but would you be willing to vote her?

Benj: Welcome Onetanga, grab a torch and dip it into the fire, in the game fire represents life. Once your fire is gone so are you. Let’s start from the beginning, Wakiza you immediately went for this tribe as it had the clue?
Wakiza: Yes, this game is about longevity, their food will only last a short while, while an idol will keep you in the game. It’s too bad I had to share it with certain people.
Benj: Care to share who?
Wakiza: I’d like to not be that stupid.
Danielle: I’m sure she’s referring to me, Benj.
Benj: Conflict already, Aaron what is your take on tonight’s vote.
Aaron: I’m not entirely sure if this vote is strategic or personal, I just hope it’s the right move.

Elvira: Myself of course, I didn’t do well in the challenge.
Reuben: I’m always nervous, but I hope the tribe will make some sort of decision.
