Question about TG gifts

Rephrasing this from prior blog

Imagine your friend had a gifting shop & they wanted to gift you. They give you the option to either:

A. Pick from their stock what you get

B. Be completely surprised / not know what you get (assuming they would give you a design that matches your avatar, example: male design for male avatar)

Which would you prefer?

either honestly! i love being surprised, especially by a friend, but would also be just as happy picking if they sent me choices! but if its like repayment or a deal i made with a shop owner i would want to choose LOL.
