I got in my car after a fight with my dad, headed to a location to crash into a. tree. My panic attack stopped it and I called 911 myself,
I couldnt control my body or my emotions or my brain, and especially not my breath. I was trembling uncontrollably. I'm so glad for that now, that it prevented it. And I feel so much better now and haven't had an episode like that since.
