icyz: Are U Gonna Tell Her by Tove Lo
Tove Lo is an artist that deserves more praise than what she has gotten over the years. Though I will say that I never heard of this song before! I love it. The harmony is so nice, and I found myself dancing my life off. Also I'm sick as hell today, so it's speaking volumes. This was a nice time, and I appreciate that this song is in my life now.
livnglavidaloca: The Motto by Tiesto and Ava Max
Combining these two for one song is smart. I think it sounds super nice. It's taken over my 2022 as I am sure this song alone is my #1 on Spotify. Ava just sounds good period, and Tiesto knows how to collab right. Another fairly good week!
rhayden82: Bones by Imagine Dragons
It's not the loudest submission for me. Not that the song itself is bad because I do think it sounds nice. I suppose just collectively compared to other submissions it just didn't stand out as bad. But I appreciate the meaning behind it, and Imagine Dragons proves why they are a top tier band.
Tommy123: Secrets by Bein Hamilton
What I like is that the song sounds like a video game soundtrack. So if it came from a game, then bonus points. However....I wasn't as amused by the submission compared to the others. Similar to Rhayden, it just didn't stand out to me on the levels that I know it could have. But I'm sure I will play it again another day.

I'm gonna keep saying it....like the two above it just wasn't the loudest. Nirvana is a very complex group in general. You either love them or don't care for them. Their music just never caught my attention. I know that sounds a bit unpopular for the older folks on here, but I just felt it didn't get me the way others did. That being said, the song wasn't bad.
Hisoka: we're just friends by Zevia
I didn't know what to expect when I saw the icon alone, but I freaking loved it. It was calming for me, and I loved the sounds of the smooth acoustics mixed in with the pop beat. Voices like Zevia are unlike anything else, and I feel this delivered. Good work!

I mean the title alone is self explanatory. Submit to be a song that is under three minutes long. Pay close attention, as they can't go over that three minute slot. My advice with this would be to use audio submissions and not so much the music video.

This was a sad miss for me, I just never got into their music. Or really them as people. Especially James and Carlos. Fuck them lol. It's a staple for Gen Z kids and I can appreciate their fun impact. But I just didn't care for this. Sorry.
icyz: Back Door by Stray Kids
This was so fun! I really enjoyed the beat and they had a fresh rhythm that I don't typically hear with new age boy bands. I really thought it was a fun time, and you delivered this round!
livnglavidaloca: It's Gonna Be Me by NSYNC
This was nice. It's meme-tastic, it's fun to listen to, and I didn't feel bored with it. NSYNC has and always will be staple for many people. This was a solid round for you....again! Lol
VanitySmurf: She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5
When I think of boy bands, I wouldn't exactly think of Maroon 5. They're more pop rock band, and that's mainly it. The song itself is nice, and I feel most know this song by now. But it just wasn't really anything too great. I'm very sorry.
Tommy123: I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys
The group alone is amazing! The song is an absolute treasure! It's a first song that most see when boy bands get brought up, and I love the way it sounds and the way they project it. You did very well this week!
PinkFantasy: She Looks So Perfect by 5 Seconds of Summer
Same as Vanity, I just wouldn't think of them when I see boy bands. This song is another song that looms around, and even then I never saw the hype. So sadly this was a missed mark for you. :/
