So I was on the phone with my sister UsernameThatWasFree today, and I asked her to give me her personal favorite challenge she did from her three seasons and All Stars season. So y'all can thank her for this.
Challenge: Disney
Ah Disney. I only care for like two movies from them. But I am willing to expand my heart to the sounds of characters with ded parent issues. This challenge is straight forward. Send me a song that was done through Disney. It can be from the movies, shows, etc. I will not accept songs from Disney Stars after they left Disney. You gotta keep it within the Disney family.
The one user who sends in the song for the birds will win this challenge. The two worst will be up for elimination.

I'll submit "Reflection" from Mulan this time. As I reflect (ha!) a bit on it, it's about sex-role stereotypes. On the one hand, Mulan has been caked in makeup, made to walk a certain way, wear certain clothes, etc. and she doesn't enjoy rigidly conforming to the stereotypes. On the other hand, she also feels compelled to do the exact opposite and pose as a (male) soldier in the army. She ends up fighting well, but I don't think that she really enjoys this either. She only does it to spare her father. Anyway, I enjoy this simple song. (But holy crap, the themes really are relevant today!)
