I thought Je décolle would be my highest ranking Marie-Mai song, but the more I listened to Empire the more I realized that wasn't going to be the case. My fondness for Empire surged after it was entered into ESCT, and I've been listening to it so often since. It sounds so clean, and much stronger than I initially gave it credit for.

It's been a while since I've listened to this consistently, but there was a period following its win when I was completely obsessed with this and would basically listen to it once an hour. Some of his recent songs have been slightly disappointing, but Tongue snapped hard.

My favourite Kim Petras song, and my favourite ooky, spooky, kooky, meglamooky song of the year. The hype for it kind of died once it got entered into TSC, but it would have gotten my 12 had it not been for The Killers. Deserving runner-up.

I love it when my ESCT songs get appreciated by others. Had Steve not entered this, I probably would have eventually sent it myself. It's almost been a year since I first heard this and I still fuck with it.
I fucking LOVE Tribalist. Didn't even know you entered it in ESCT when I discovered it, and I was immediately sold on it. Our minds are just... so powerful.
