Gervase Peterson!
Gervase was pretty cool to be honest. I have seen a couple people rank him #16 on their lists and honestly I just don't get it. The worst thing I saw him do was the whole elephant joke, which was just a stupid thing to say, but he apologized for it and seemed to realize that he had offended people, so I can forgive him for that. He seemed like a good guy, and spent most of the season cracking jokes and just hanging around as a background character. I also liked his self-contained little storyline of, "he's lazy but he'll work his butt off to support his family". So sweet < 3. But like MANY of the people before him on the list, once again, Gervase wasn't necessarily a huge part of the storyline of Borneo, and that's why I'm only ranking him at #9.
