Lucky year number 7 of the countdown is here! Honestly I think this year was very strong compared to recent for music but I think it lost some steam by the end of the year but a really strong first half for sure. As always this will track songs from November 1st 2022 to November 1st 2023. This gives songs in Nov and Dec a fair chance in the countdown.

I think this was the first entry in the countdown this year. When this came out it was such a bop. I listened to this a good amount and I just knew from the first listen it would make my countdown just was not sure how high. Luckily for Mimi she gets to the top 10 again and she had a wonderful 2023!
