imageHello dahhlings. Yesterday a day of literary, academic, and spiritual advancement in the world. On the 29th day of September, Mariah Carey has released her memoir "The Meaning of Mariah Carey." The global icon, award-winning singer, songwriter, producer, actress, mother, daughter, sister, storyteller, and artist finally tells the unfiltered story of her life in "The Meaning of Mariah Carey." With the help of acclaimed author Michaela Angela Davis, Mariah is able to recount her struggles, baring herself to the world, and finally emancipating the scared little girl of her past. I have just picked up my hardcover copy at Barnes & Noble today and am reading along with Mariah as she reads, speaks, cries, and sings the words of this book in the Audible format. As a fan, I am ready to know her on a more personal level than ever before. Reviews are already saying that this is a MUST READ, and an experience in the memoir genre.

The book is available online through Amazon, major book stores, and some major retailers such as Target. Also, if you are an Amazon Prime member, I would highly recommend downloading the Audible version for a more personal and connected reading experience. I've already started reading and the sub-chapter "Dandelion Tea" is heartwrenching. I hope to have a discussion with you all as we follow Mariah's journey together.
