In my ten weeks of competing, I've never had to resort to this, but this week, I feel like it's necessary. I've running low on people to gift anyways, TBH. Basically, if you buy or gift one of the Vegas Red weaves in my shop (not anonymously), you will be gifted in the future. There are three Vegas Red weaves left, so three people have a chance at being gifted.
