The org hosts respect each other's projects and we don't see each other as competitors.
I dont care if you guys compare the games but like I have ALWAYS said that TBB is the best org to ever see tengaged so saying it's better than 1984 doesn't hurt my feelings. I'm not trying to be TBB and I have never tried to be TBB. I'm just trying to make 1984 the best it can be.
Also, yes the same people play pretty much every tengaged org but how are we supposed to have new casts when people don't apply?? If you want to see a new cast but you aren't applying, then you can not complain.
I will say part of casting is recruiting. Andrew and Karim both actively recruited people and didn't rely on the applications alone. Andrew found Kendyl off of YouNow, for instance.
I have done my fair share of recruiting too. Also sometimes I have reached out to people and got different people and then they dont get their materials in. coreyants
