After Julie revealed the same twist to this house everyone ran into the backyard. (Read BB FvF: Friends, Week 5)
They also had the same endurance competition. Everyone had fallen off, except Russell, Willie, and Brendon. Russell was trying to make deals with the other two up there, but Brendon was determined to win, thinking that if he didn't someone could have the ability to revoke Rachel's golden key. And he didn't want that to happen. And Willie was playing this competition full on Hantz. He was ready to win. But once the ride picked up speed Willie's hands began slipping, and he fell off. Russell was still trying to make a deal with Brendon, but Brendon just ignored. Concentrating on hanging on. Eventually Russell slipped and the ride stopped. Brendon had just won HoH.
Julie revealed that his extra power was changing the duos. And he and Rachel soon began brainstorming how to use this to their advantage. Brendon had an alliance with Jen and Joe. But he and Rachel's strategy was to put 2 people they wanted out on the same duo so that they make sure that one was evicted.

With a vote of 3 to 2... Britney, you have been evicted from the Big Brother: Friends house. Shane, you have been awarded a golden key.
Britney packed up her stuff, and quickly exited the house. Once the door closed, the other housegeusts crowded around the memory board, waiting for Britney's picture to go black & white. And the second it did Julie called them back to the living room.
"Housegeusts, Tengaged has been voting all week on whether or not a game changing twist will be unleashed upon the house. And they voted... yes. This week the whole house will be flipped upside down. Whoever wins this HoH competition will have MUCH more power than any other HoH in the history of Big Brother. That is all I can tell you for now. Also, with this much power on the line the outgoing HoH gets a chance to compete. I will see you in the backyard."
All the housegeusts were nervously excited as they ran out to the back yard to find a giant carnival theme with one of those thrill rides where you get strapped in and spun around in the very center.
"Housegeusts, in this endurance competition you will not be strapped in to this ride. You must hang on with your hands. Also this ride will will pick up speed as you go. The last person hanging on will win the most powerful HoH yet."
Once they had been going about 45 minutes Helen, Danielle, Dominic, Spencer, and Lane had fallen. Only Elissa, Spencer and Enzo remained. Enzo was yelling t the other two. Offering them immunity if they let go. Spencer expressed interest, but Elissa was dead set on winning whatever this awesome power was. Eventually Spencer dropped and Enzo was hanging by a thread. Elissa reassured him of his safety if he let go and that she wasn't even close to letting go. Eventually Enzo took her up on her deal, and against all odds Elissa won the HoH. Julie's voice reappeared in the backyard.
"Elissa, are you ready to hear your extra power?" Julie asked.
"Of course." Elissa replied.
"Elissa, you get to reassaign all the duos. You have the ability to completely flip this house around. Keep in mind, only 3 golden keys remain. So only one duo can survive."
Since Elissa & Helen are in an alliance with Howard & Spencer, and Dominic she wanted to put those three in seperate duos so they could all get golden keys.
