Might be an unpopular opinion but I think Sugar dominated that season and if it wasn鈥檛 for her playing for Runaround Bob like he was her dad she would鈥檝e ran away with the game.
Also in Survivor 44 I don鈥檛 understand how Yam Yam won. It doesn鈥檛 make sense. He sheeped Carson the whole time and when he got swapped Carolyn carried him. After rewatching the final tribal I really have trouble understanding what the basis he gets almost a unanimous win.
The biggest reaction he got from the jury the whole time was when he says he would be the first Puerto Rican to win survivor since it couldn鈥檛 be Hispanic cause Sandra and Chris Underwood both won before him.
Idk I just feel like the Juries aren鈥檛 even playing to win.
David vs Goliath and Cook Islands are my top overall favorite seasons.

Brenda Lowe, Christian Hubicki, Ozzy, Woo, Noura, Malcolm, Yao Man, Rupert, Tom Westman, Kathy V (S6 i think), Rob C (S4), Ami Cusack, and Robb Zbacnic are the most peak survivors to me 馃槀
I 100x agree I think the issue with Sugar is she was in a very bad place mentally that she didn't care if she won then in HvV she was a mess and also had zero connections outside of J.T / Parvati / Danielle
I have actually spoken to Sugar on twitter and she told me many ppl bullied her way worse than what the edit showed she said mostly Corinne / Charlie were the worst two ( she's very active on twitter )
This isn鈥檛 an unpopular opinion, Sugar dominated Gabon. IIRC she said she never cared about survivor and got on the show as a kind of vacation, then she realised how stupid everyone was and decided to put more effort, ultimately manipulating the whole cast but losing to a *very* bitter jury. She 100% should have won over Bob
It's been a while since I have watched Gabon but..
She did dominate that season and Sugar made for some amazing TV, but I can imagine how her attitude during several TC's and at FTC is very offputting (regardless of a jury being bitter) while you're there. The constant gloating did not help her in the end. Would have loved to see her win over Bob but I'm not surprised she didn't
Juliann I did forget about that fake idol on Randy that was her villain moment to me 馃槀 but also sort of revenge for him bullying her the first few days/weeks
Sugar probably should have won Gabon I agree, however her losing just goes to show how much personality can affect someone's game. She was like the female Russell Hantz, before Hantz was ever a thing in the way they lost the game was pretty much the same.
As far as 44, I am not mad about the Yam Yam win. It definitely shouldn't have been Heidi, so it really boiled down to Yam Yam and Carolyn. Carolyn is my favorite Survivor player in the new era, and I really don't see anyone topping her anytime soon. She completely pulled an Amanda Kimmel and shit the bed at FTC. Had she been able to better articulate her moves, what she did and all that fun stuff, I feel like she had a really good shot at winning.
