I know when I used to be involved in shops (2014-2015ish) like Slice said, they just got removed from your shop and you lose the profit but not the designs. Whether mods have changed this since then I'm not sure.

oh if the designs are in ur wardrobe they cant be taken away from u it dont work like that
they'll just be taken out of ur shop and u wont get money back for the purchase
Irelia I remember having some major beef with one designer on here back in the day, and my friend who had been in shops for years (literally every other month) said I'd get to keep the designs if I posted them illegally but my shop loses the profit but it was never a big deal since it was just a gifting shop. I have no clue how it works since then, but you shouldn't lose the designs if they are gifted to you beforehand.

So far, free to use is Gemma17, Icing, SexyBanana, ElectraViv, Wonderland and non zwooper trishy designs, but most designers would be more than happy to give u permission for their designs
