why hispanic/latinos are told they are white or are forced to check the white box when applying for jobs or filling out any sort of application.

Euphoricz its more annoying that we get our own box, but then the next question asks us what we are...and we are not listed or have to check white or other....
Omg yes it's so annoying and confusing. I check off Latino for ethnicity and then they asked race...and I have to put white because it's the closest thing.
