First off, a huge thanks to everyone who's been voting in the group's polls over the last weeks, and who have continually provided feedback for me to make better and more engaging polls.
I've been contacting randomize through his e-mail when I've been able to, and I've brought up the main concerns that many of you have left on various polls, through messages, and by any other means. It's been difficult to establish a connection like what I had originally hoped for, however i'm doing my best to continually reach out and provide him with information to hopefully make the website better.
Things have been getting very busy for me in my personal life, and running this group by myself can be a challenge at times. Between the ongoing polls, various subject matters, e-mail exchanges, and all the components that I can't even get into, it's getting difficult to juggle. And since I just got a new job, things are bound to get even more problematic.
So there's a couple of options on what to do here. I can either...
A: Reduce the number of polls back down to 1 for every 10 days.
B: Find other people who are willing to help me carry out the various responsibilities of the group.
C: Encourage more people to leave ideas for future polls on the group's front page, so I know where to focus my efforts.
I'm unsure which course of action to take. I have loved taking on this "mini-project", and I feel like I've made progress to bring Tengaged back up again. While there are times I might be frustrated, and feel like I should do more, there's really only so much I can do alone. So i'm leaving the choice up to you guys.
If it would interest you to help me with this group, please shoot me a message or maybe leave a comment on this blog. I have to be extremely picky about who I allow to help alongside me with #10DaysOfTengaged, since it does require quite a bit of time and dedication. If you want to get involved, but not so heavily, please leave any idea(s) within the link below.
The last course of action I want to take is reducing the number of polls. There's still many questions to ask, and there's a lot more work to be done and improved upon. If it becomes necessary for me to balance work and life, it's one I may have to take.
Regardless, thank you all for your continued support during the last months. I hope I can keep working with Carlos to get some of these ideas into motion!

Appreciate the hard work, however has randomize even bothered replying? I don’t want u to waste ur time here!
PrincessaPeach The emails have been acknowledged, however I haven't received a formal "reply" if that makes sense. I'm sure he's plenty busy in his personal life. I know he's read through the e-mails, and he has seemed to come online soon after I send him something. But I can't say for certain if the changes I've brought to his attention are changes he's willing to make.
i would back off a little if hes not answering, if hes not going to commit to this site, then you, as a normal user, don't need to grab that responability you know?
Bvance1212 I do still enjoy doing the polls and blogs. Ultimately, if I didn't enjoy doing them I probably wouldn't be in the first place. I still enjoy seeing what could/would work, and maybe my results can help others somehow. I'll probably hold off on sending emails for a little bit so i'm not overwhelming him, but I still want to try.
