Mega Sceptile is a Grass & Dragon type, and has an okay design, I prefer regular Sceptile design a little bit more though. Mega Sceptile has the Lightningrod ability, which is okay, essentially giving it an immunity to Electric, then good stat buffs alongside it, that offensively Mega Sceptile is great, but defensively it is still pretty frail. I love Mega Sceptile and Sceptile in general, but it got picked to get 9th over the others because of the design more or less.
