Mega Pinsir is a Bug & Flying type, and has a fairly good design compared to regular Pinsir, both are great designs though for sure. One thing is that Mega Pinsir is definitely way stronger than regular Pinsir, with gaining the secondary Flying typing, as well as the ability of Aerilate that turns the normal moves to flying moves, so stab flying type returns can hurt, as well as the usual bug moves. Overall, I love Mega Pinsir, just not enough to pass the other 17.
