Kyogre is a pure water type legendary found in Hoenn, and honestly it has a pretty amazing design to it, the color scheme tends to appeal very well to me (even tho it's basically just all blue lol) Regardless, Kyogre of course being a legendary has amazing stats & a solid ability, as well it doesn't have that bad of a movepool either, so it is a really fun pokemon to use (I have used it in game before, but not competitively since not big into the Ubers tier lol) Overall, I really love Kyogre and find it stands out way more than Groudon, but I chose to give it the spot right before top 10 as I just didn't feel it stood out quite enough or appeal quite enough to me in order for me to put it that high, still tough decision though.
