Latios is a Psychic/Dragon type legendary pokemon, and sure it does have an alright design, but compared to its counterpart (which I'll talk about more later on when I get to it in my ranking) it just doesn't really appeal to me as much. Other than that, however, Latios of course has amazing stats & amazing abilities, then it's movepool is alright I suppose, this isn't really a pokemon i've used too much in competitive or in the games, so not sure how great the movepool is, but pretty sure it has some good moves. Overall, yes, I really do love Latios as it did make my top 19, but decided to put it at 19th mainly based off of appeal factor, just doesn't have as great appeal as the other 18 do to me.
