Keeping this one short and sweet, since there really isn't much to talk about, but Delcatty is a pure Normal type, who has a really great design if you ask me. However, everything else (stats/abilities/movepool) are pretty average, but the thing that makes me rank Delcatty this low and reason this is one pokemon that I kind of find to be a bit of a let down, is that it has a Normalize ability, which changes all moves to be normal typing and is one of the worse abilities out there. I just feel like Delcatty would have a lot more potential, but that one ability just really is a hindrance to it.
