None of them seem to be major roles in the first episode, and like Junko Enoshima, we would never see it coming if it were one of them.
Ruruka really does stand out to me as the most likely, however. Just something about her... I don't really know how to describe it. But with Danganronpa we never know, i'm just super stoked to find out what happens next!

Ninjohn Miaya is the blue haired one. Also, I wouldn't put it past either of those girls, just because they seem innocent, makes them the perfect culprit. Rennac Just look 'em up on google

Well, I don't know enough about them to really know who's good and bad, but Seiko looks cool.
But my favorite new character is definitely Koichi Kizakura so I hope him and Seiko don't die.
But then again, if any of the original characters were killed, I'd cry... ;-;
