After winning the raffle and having to be in the public eye for a while I thought it would be good for you to know how I have been doing this past month
After playing last stars I was overwhelmed by all the love I received, but also all the hate and how being perceived popular affected my relationships with people in the game
It was rough and I needed time for myself
I used to play games on tengaged to avoid my irl issues and being able to present myself the way I wanted to be perceived irl. But I was starting to reflect my irl issues here.
I did a lot of mental work and I’m on the way to get better! :)
I’ve had my first appointments with my social security trans expert, my hair is getting longer, and I’m starting HTR probably next month and I’m both scared and joyful.
I have been promoted in my job and I was able to move from my homophobic and transphobic neighbourhood…
Lastly, something I have realised lately. I’m not looking for happiness, I’m looking for PEACE, mind peace. Once I get that, happiness will come eventually.
I hope everyone’s doing fine and trust me, IT GETS BETTER.
