-Magic After Midnight-
Dexter, Luna and Michelle have been spending the entire night in the cabin, waiting out the cold weather. It is currently about half an hour after midnight.
Luna is already sleeping, but Dexter and Michelle are still awake.
Dexter: We’re running out of food... it looks like we only have a day’s worth left.
Michelle: We can find more though... right?
Dexter: Don’t worry, I’ll figure something out.
Michelle then sits there, staying silent.
Dexter: Hey... is there anything I can do to help you feel better?
Michelle: What do you mean?
Dexter: I know you’ve been... sad. Lately. And I feel like... some of the things I said... may have only been making things worse, and—
Michelle: No! Don’t think that! You’ve been really nice to me... you’ve helped me, if anything.
Dexter: Really? Cause it feels like some of the things I say—
Michelle: Trust me... you aren’t making anything worse. I mean... you basically saved my life! You... you’ve looked out for me since the beginning.
Dexter: I... I haven’t really...
Michelle: Dexter... you’re a good person. Thank you.
Dexter stares at her for a minute. What she does next shocks him.

Michelle leans in and kisses him.
The two share a kiss that lasts about 5-8 seconds. Afterward, Dexter looks at Michelle in complete shock.
Dexter: I...
Michelle: Oh! Sorry, I didn’t mean to...
Dexter: No, no... that was nice.
The two stay silent for a minute.
Dexter: We should... probably get some sleep.
Michelle then smiles awkwardly.
Michelle: Hehe... yeah.
The two then drift off to sleep, both internally happy about the moment they shared together.
-The Morning Intruder-
Jess and Crysen have been sleeping in their cabin waiting for the freezing weather to pass. Morning has finally arrived, and they are both about to set off.
Crysen: Okay, do we have everything we need?
Jess: I think so.
Crysen is now about to exit the cabin.
