Ahh perfect! Ladies this week we are taking on the genre of animation! Yes gawd *tongue pop*
For this weeks main challenge each of you ladies has been assigned a Disney princess from the wonderful Kisa for you to make a look for. BUT WAIT!!!! HERE’S THE TWIST!
Each of you have been assigned 2 queens. The first princess is the princess that you must take the aesthetic of e.g. if you are Ariel you will need her facial features and hair of her etc. However the second princess that you get assigned is the role of your look. The style of clothing and accessories must be inspired by this second princess. For example.
Rubes- Ariel/Cinderella
Ariel- must be the AESTHETIC AND FACIAL FEATURES OF YOUR LOOK
Cinderella- must be the INSPIRATION FOR HOW YOU DECIDE TO DRESS UP THE FIRST PRINCESS
So you are dressing up the first princess in Inspired looks of the second princess
Confused? GREAT!
Here are the the assigned princesses:
Mukbang- Merida inspired by Cinderella
Kamora- Snow White inspired by Tiana
Sassina- Ariel inspired by Pocahontas
Miracle- Jasmine inspired by Snow White
Donut- Vanellope inspired by Aurora
Ruby- Elsa inspired by Jasmine
Coco- Belle inspired by Meg
Diarrhea- Cinderella inspired by Moana
Charity- Aurora inspired by Merida
Enobaria- Moana inspired by Belle
Ur Mum- Mulan inspired by Rapunzel
Ivonka- Pocahontas inspired by Elsa
Xella- Tiana inspired by Ariel
Rachel- Rapunzel inspired by Vanellope
Markeisha- Meg inspired by Mulan
If you land in the bottom 2 this week you will be lipsyncing to:
Gentlemen start your engines and may the best woman win! Good luck ladies! You all have 48 hours!
So Mulan is wearing a dress that has Rapunzel's Pink/Purple colour pallet. I also added a black braid to add a little twist between the two princesses.
=Charity B. Runway=
You may be wondering; Charity, what does the B stand for? This B stands for Badass! You can't always hit the bullseye on the runway, but these arrows could damn well put someone to sleep forever. I believe I did the best I could to stay true to both princesses without losing the queen in me.
CF: So I was actually quite happy with my choices, Rapunzel is a beautiful princess, and Vanellope has such a nice color scheme and a good playful aesthetic, so i tried to combine the elegance of Rapunzel while still maintaining playful hint with Vanellope... speaking of which what's the pesky little chameleon doing
CF: Aloha OY VEY THIS CHALLENGE! I think I can safely say that I got the worst combination of princesses. In spite of all my troubles, I'm still a bad bitch that's ready to beat your ass, haole!
Merida loves her jewel tone colors. so i went with a beautiful cinderella like gown, i still believe till this day that merida is a butch lesbian. the puffy sleeves are actually down a bit and made this dress a little sexy... the ICONIC cinderella bun. turned into 2 kinda messy buns because merida has a lot of hair and its very curly almost too curly and thick to be able to ever put it in a clean bun. the blue headband is switched into 2 jewel toned bands. i just had to include something from the original so the ICONIC
cinderella choker is there. its a new merida era. but we won't forget that in a previous life she was an archer and a huntress. so to remember that and not make it too much we'll resemble it with a cute tattoo symbol on the back.
For this challenge I used Moana's hair but picked it up, so that it allows me to wear the look better, with a headpiece made of roses, representing the rose from the film, which is usually seen in Belle's images. I decided to wear a crop top and a long, heavy skirt, using a simillar color .
But wait! There is a Ruveal! Under the crop top I have a red top and under the skirt I have a shorter tulle skirt (like a petticoat), with lots of movement and volume, full of roses. I wanted to keep it sophisticated and beautiful, but youthful and tropical, with the accessories and the shoes, combining the sofistication from Belle and the inocence from Moana, and adding a little surprise.
