So the matchups get set once we all choose who to attack, and then you run a game sim on each of them depending on each person's weights?

Yes. Once I have everyone's attacks I will run a sim to see if they succeed or fail. Everyone has three lives, once they're gone the player is out and must put their weights on there weights they had on their tribemates of their choosing.

You can divide the 180 however you like between your five players.

Also one more thing, you can put no more than 100 weights on a single player in the game.
