Emmett's question: tell me why alex shouldnt win...and do u think that it didnt matter who you took to the finals as long as you just made it there???
Julian asked the same question about why Alex shouldn't win, so I'll copy-paste it so you can see easier.
Well, first of all Alex failed to adapt to this game. I became a target at final 14, but I got the majority of the votes at the first merge vote, and would be gone if it weren’t for my idol. When I was in the minority of the tribe, I began to be more honest and straight up to everybody, making me a more appealing ally. Alex’s name came up all the way since the first kolby vote, and I had to keep the target off his back quite a few times because I needed him. Due to my change in gameplay at the merge, I became less of a target, and people started to target alex because he was trying to play both sides, but everybody knew exactly what he was doing. Even when his name was brought up, and he almost went home, he STILL continued to play the same game. People continued to be agitated with his gameplay. Also, he wouldn’t be here without his idols, which he found because of pure luck. My idols were given to me, which isn’t luck. Plenty of times, Alex just asked me for a vote and went with it. And other times, when he had another idea about the vote, it usually took me little convincing to get him to do what I want. That’s why you shouldn’t vote for Alex.
And for the second question, yes that's what I thought because I had multiple zombies telling me the exact same thing. However, I don't think that changed any of the actions I made in this game, I still would've made the same moves that I made before. Confidence is something that can blind somebody, and I believe I learned to overlook that in this game. Playing my idol at f6 is an example of this, I looked at the situation critically and figured that I had a large chance of getting voted out, when normally I would've wanted to keep my idol for final 5. I guess that's another thing I learned in the game lol, as an addition to Steel's question.
