Twist - saboteurs & secret island twist
2 of your tribemates will be secretly be a saboteur in tribal council you guys will guess who is the saboteur after the votes are read the person who had most votes will be safe & the saboteur will go out in a secret island 5 people voted out will stay they're only 2 castaways will return to the game

no merge, till a certain point half the cast earn immunity and the other half votes someone out

The Back and Forth Island
When a person is eliminated, she can come back to the game. In the back and forth Island, a Challenge will take place between the eliminated and former tribe member of him. If the eliminated wins, he comebacks and eliminates the challenger. If the challenger wins, then then the elliminated is eliminated for good

it is a free for all game from the beginning no tribes

The safe tribe has to vote on who they think will get eliminated from the other tribe. If they guess correctly they get an award

Everyone is split into pairs. However, only one plays for immunity while the other votes to evict. Also, evictions are only for one player, not the pair.

Now, this is basically what your doing, but i always thought it would be cool if, after everyone was casted, they sent in a twist that they would like to see in the game. Whichever one the host likes most will be unleashed. And, for added fun, do this during the game too, so chaos can be born

Reverse Survivor:
The game begins with 20 players in a merged tribe, and after 6 tribal councils, or 14 players remaining, the tribe divides into two tribes that will exist until their is only 3 remaining players. The jury will function as normal.

Twist- AUTO TRIBAL POWER.
In this twist there will be a challenge to try and win a power which can send someone to tribal. The winner can send one person to tribal from their tribe or another winning tribe if there is more than 2. However the person who gets sent to tribal can also pick one person to go with them. This could be interesting as you could either send an ally with you for numbers or someone who is a bigger target than you for survival. They go back to their tribe that they are on after tribal council.

It's a variation of a twist someone posted here, but I've seen this twist before in an off-site game and I feel like it could be interesting:

The Double-Down Twist

In this twist, the winning tribe votes out a member of the losing tribe.  Meanwhile, the losing tribe would vote someone from their own tribe to have Individual Immunity for that vote.  If the winning tribe votes the person with the Immunity Necklace, the person with the second-highest votes goes home.

This twist would continue as long as there are at least 2 tribes in play.

Twist Proposal: Super Jury

A jury-related twist could be that EVERYONE voted out is a member of the jury. This makes every vote really important in that you need to think about jury management the whole game, not just post-merge.

Twist: One tribe

The game starts off merged with 16-20 players. There will be no splitting up into smaller tribes, and jury starts somewhere between Final 11 and Final 9

Twist: Every time a tribe loses a challenge, then the winning tribe will steal a person from tribal granting them immunity. The catch is though, the stolen person is sent to exile island and is NOT allowed to search for the idol. This will happen until merge.
