Immunity Canoe:
The winner of the immunity challenge can send themselves, or one person of their choice, to Resort Island for the night. This person will not attend tribal so they will be immune, but it also means they can not vote either. This helps alleviating a tie in the final 4 tribal council.

What about a season where the tribe narrows down its elimination choice to two contestants, and then Tengaged gets to decide who goes home each week? For that to happen, the show would need to be live 24/7, i.e. “Big Brother.”

Immediate Shake-Up:
19 Advantages and Disadvantages are laid out. There are 17 "known", or seen, advantages/disadvantages, and 2 mystery advantages/disadvantages. 19 people, the people chosen, are put into Random.org. The first person chooses an advantage and a disadvantage for themselves, then selects a disadvantage for someone else. That person selects an advantage, then selects a disadvantage for someone else, and then the cycle keeps going until everyone gets an advantage and a disadvantage. Finally, one of the mystery disadvantages is revealed as an "Instant Elimination" and that person leaves the game, leaving  you with 18.

In Context:
A, B, C, D, and E are playing. (I am using less to make this shorter.)

Advantages: Hidden Immunity Idol Clue, Advantage in Team Challenge, Advantage in Individual Challenge, Hidden1 (Immunity Idol), Hidden2 (Double Vote)

Disadvantages: Penalty Vote at First Tribal, Disadvantage at First Team Challenge, Disadvantage at First Individual Challenge, Hidden1 (Great Luck! Special Immunity Idol (Can be used after vote) ), Hidden2 (Instant Elimination).

A gets selected and takes Hidden1 on the Advantage, Penalty Vote on the Disadvantage, and the Hidden2 Disadvantage to B.

B grabs Advantage at Team Challenge, and gives Disadvantage at First Team Challenge to E.

E grabs Hidden2 for Advantage, and gives Hidden1 Disadvantage to C.

C grabs Hidden Immunity Idol Clue for Advantage.

D is left with Advantage at Individual Challenge and Disadvantage at first Individual Challenge.

B's Hidden Disadvantage is revealed, and he/she leaves immediately. Teams are formed right after.

Twist - Tribe reshuffle

Twist - Whoever gets vote out, chooses who to disadvantage in the next challenge

twist - the winners of the challenge choose to send one of their members to join their tribe

As soon a hidden immunity idol is found, another one gets hidden, even before the first one gets played. A new set of clues would be given out once the first one is found, so everyone would know that SOMEONE has the idol. Theoretically there could be several idols in play at once.

Before each challenge, players have the opportunity to compete for their tribe for immunity, or sit out of the challenge in exchange for a clue to the hidden immunity idol.

No tribes, all out individual game from day one. This would force game playing like no other, and maybe to spice things up even more there could be TWO individual immunity winners instead of one. A twist within this twist could be at maybe f10 you could have the players randomly put into two tribes for one round so that loyalties are tested and it'll probably prevent a big alliance from just controlling every vote.

Person voted out casts a vote at next tribal council. It forces people to have to think ahead and think twice before deciding on who they want to vote out since that person won't be really out of the game for another tribal after they've been voted out. This twist ends at f5 when the person who was voted out in 6th place is the last participant to vote at the next tribal. So f4, the 5th placing person wont vote.

Reverse Survivor
The winning tribe of the immunity challenge will be the ones voting off one of the losing tribes members at each tribal council. So like both tribes will be present at tribal council and the losing tribes members will plea as to why they should not be voted out and why this person or that person should be voted out. And the twist will expose lots and have the post-merge game be EPIC! This twist will end obviously once the tribes merge!

Fake Idol
A fake idol will be hidden. If it is played, it casts an extra penalty vote against the person it is played on.
